WBA pressed well and didn't give us any space. Always 2 on 1 or 3 on 2. We made too many misplaced passes and didn't move well or break up play.
Kane had an awful game and should have come off and been replaced by Bright instead of Eze coming off. Kane had acres of space all game but couldn't beat his man or complete a pass.
Hugill, I don't even know what to say.
What disappointed me the most was that we never really looked in the game. From the off we looked on the back foot. Some days going a goal down and spur us on but that never looked the case today.
Its not the end of the world, but disappointing after our good run.

Agree Romford , Kelly probably isn’t the answer and that’s keeping Lumley in the team . Senior keeper has to be a priority in January.Leave a comment:

Oh well was bound to happen at some stage, the wheels fell off today, closely followed by the doors.
Far and away the worst performance of the season, we just never got going apart from a 90 second spell before the H/T whistle.
Yes WBA were better, especially in midfield, however upfront with Charlie really struggling and their defence at time s bit shaky, I was not that impressed with them.
not going on about Lumley, it’s all been said, however in my opinion he again cost us the game, people will point to a couple of decent saves, but I thought the game had 0-0 written all over it.
Still that is for MW to decide, however not sure Kelly is the answer, so please Santa can we have a goalkeeper.
Very difficult to say anyone was MOTM, maybe Chair or BFG.
Hopefully Wells not too badly injured .
Really poor crowd under 14000, with 2000 Baggies enjoying their day out, this is a very open league, so we should dust ourselves down and get back to playing fast open football.
