I don't understand why Phillips doesn't start!

The manager has to take into account all the games he has played this season too not just the odd 45 mins, same as with all the players.

Overall half way through the season Hoilett/Phillips/SWP have started loads and scored 5 goals between em and not supplied Charlie with crosses either - something had to change.

I thought he should have started Traore myself, not the finished article by a long way but at least he looks like he wants to play as a winger and supply the front man.
