MID TABLE. Struggled to get there last year. Squad now weaker than last year. Richest club in England. Great deal of Ambition shown yet again. FRUSTRATED just doesn't seem strong enough.

Struggled to mid table? When were we ever in the bottom half?

I think some of you are being a bit harsh on Neil, christ he's only having an opinion. I for one do not think we will go down but am bitterly dissapointed at this stage of pre-season that we still havent brought in a striker, although now Dex has officially left we may have to bring someone in. Not relegation material for me but there's far too many sides better equipted to get promotion than us.

Neil, while your estimation of our squad as "having a relegation look about it" is way off the mark (in my opinion) , you are entitled to yours of course. Some on here will chastise anyone who dares criticise anything about our club, bear that in mind when posting, but , of course the whole point of a message board is to hear contrasting thoughts on all things QPR?????????? it makes for more lively debate does it not

This has sparked debate & that is what a message board is all about. I want promotion & champions league but Flavio & all aint going the way about it I expected.

People have short memories,I was at Watford & Sheff Utd last season & the performances were dire. I really thought we would go up last year but I got a huge reality check.
If Buzsacky,Vine & Taarabt signs and stay injury free then who knows this thread can be kept as a souvenir to mock me for ever more but really you all know I have brought everyones pre season excitement into one of yep we aint as good as we think we are.

Well I for one hope Jim Magilton pulls it off,I wont miss Sousa but cannot judge Jim yet.

i am not a JM fan...but i do think it will be attacking football this season....not too many 0-0's

....and Norwich, and Ipswich and I could go on and on. Southampton and Wolves at home were our only decent performances. I agree more mid-table mediocrity, unless we sign a decent goalscorer. I've never seen anyone miss more chances that Helgusson. At least lazy Dexter has gone but no good without replacement.

One thing Dex is not is lazy, the boy worked his socks off it was just other aspects of his game that let him down.
