Who said he was 750k - thought I heard 100k at the most.

He may get some games next year depending which manager comes in, so don't right the lad of just yet.

In my eyes it has to be Ned Zelic.

I presume we got an Insurance pay out, if so how much was that? Did it cover the £1m transfer alone, or wages too and how does it stack up against the circa £250k appearance per game - pay out or not it was the biggest of big mistakes. At least Hateley didn't blame hard pitches for his inability to perform :anger:

No - we sold him back to a German team. Either Borussia Dortmund or Koln. Can't remember which and can't be @rsed to wiki it right now!

Sheron, with no doubt whatsoever in my mind

Sorry if most of you were still sucking dummies at the time but who remembers

Who knows what will happen when he's fit but remember the clamour to sign him when he was on loan?

I blew a lot on vodka and tonic, gambling and fags. Looking back, I think I overdid it on the tonic. - The one and only Stanley Bowles

Geroge Kusclar, cost £250k from bradford city, I remember Harford (rip) at the time saying "Geroge is one player that I hugely admire, he is a real special talent that will command the centre midfield for our chase for promotion".

He was an awful player, I remember watching him once chasing a player (with the ball) on his knees! He is definately one of the worst purchases.

                                'George Kulscar, we remember thee'
