  • Phil Beard and the influence of agents within the club

Think he might have to shoulder some of the blame for our impending doom. Harry's constantly hinted at the amount of influence agents have had within the club, and it seems fair to suspect that players like Park and Granero were possibly brought to the manager by Fernandes and Beard (I seem to recall Hughes saying something along those lines when we signed Park). I don't doubt Fernandes and Beard have the best of intentions, but there's probably a fair bit of naivety on their parts that has led to our current predicament.

We've already been through the Park saga several times before on this site. Hughes stated that Fernandes suggested Park for him and he went bananas.

Regardless of that particular example, when Redknapp came in he seemed pretty shocked at the way the club was being run. As a man that's been in football for his entire adult life I think that's pretty telling.

I agree, the club is in desperate need of a fresh start.

But you brought that 'particular example' up so I thought I might explain it for ya.

Nobody Tango and Cash and now TF understands QPR they just don't get what the club is all about
            It's not about a 45k stadium, players on 60,70 or 100k a week
TF wants the same thing as T & C he's just not upfront about it......

You're being very harsh against TF right now mate. You have got no substantial facts behind what you're saying.

In that case, he is losing million per week on QPR. That money could have been spent on advertising on other club shirts or something for years. They could sponsor a club in each country and have money left over.

Why can't people just give the guy a break, what else could he have done for this club? No one is perfect!

TF. is showing that he is improving bit by bit as a club-owner. He is nearly there now. To me he is "god".

I totally agree. The whole club is a mess and will be in a bigger mess once we go down. The board has gambled with our club and it's their responsibility to fix the financial situation.
