  • Let not slit our wrists just yet

or start laying into this or that player. we played very well for much of the game (esp first half) and hit the woodwork twice plus their keeper pulled off three stunning saves. with a bit more luck we cd have been out of sight at half time. not sure we did too much wrong. they were bound to come back at us second half having got a lucky equaliser out of nothing.

its not over yet, quite - we are a massively better team than we were a few games ago. indeed, we look like a mid table outfit. rather than giving up, get behind the team against wigan and fulham. two more wins out of those games (its just possible) then anything can happen. yes we are probably down but its not over yet. i've been a fan long enough to know that after winning the last two there was very little chance of winning a third. its not the way we have ever been able to do things. just stick with it and see where we are at the end of the season. not much more the manager or the owners cd have done since Christmas. So plse - stay calm.

I'm not going to slit my wrists. I'm probably going to drink myself into a crying rage though.

I am staying calm by not looking at the league table.

Gotta be realistic Stain, we did play well but Villa in that 2nd half don't look like a side getting relegated. Game over and gutted!
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Love you optimism mate and players and management must now go at Fulham to win and hope other results go in our favour. It's over though if you're honest

Let's be honest, if we beat Fulham most of us will start believing again...until we then mess up against Wigan!

And in fairness mate neither did we for the majority of yesterdays game we looked like a mid table side in my opinion and going on form since Harry arrived we are a mid table side as the stats suggest we would be 8th or 10th something like that.

We have looked a decent outfit for the last three games and should have gone in yesterday at half time with the game in the bag had any other keeper been in goal. We got sloppy and got punished. Also think that Villa might have used up all their luck for the remainder of the season in yesterdays game in their keeper pulling save after save and their third being a hand ball.

I think this team will show up again my concern is not that we won’t win games but rather we will run out of games.

If we can turn over Fulham (they will be itching to S hit on our parade) and Liverpool do their job against Villa (I think Liverpool have a blinding record at Villa Park from memory) the belief will kick back in.

Before yesterday we could afford three loses its now two

I left Villa park with me chin on the ground my heart says the game is up but my head tells me we and the others in the bottom 6 or 7 are down there for a reason and that’s because we don’t win enough games so I don’t see anyone going on a run of five or six games I think we will get the gap back to four points in the next two games and hope if anyone is due a run its us.

Its not over yet, we have a small chance and I'm always positive.

Although whatever happens I'll be glad when this season is over and start again fresh.

At 1-0 up i thought we'd be out of the relegation zone after beating Fulham, but now my wrists are slashed and i'm bleeding out. ant wait for the season to end.
