  • Read before moaning about todays result and players

Whatever way you look at it if Hughes had not ****ed us up today wouldn't have been a "must win" or at best "must not lose" game.

Hughes relegated us today and for that I won't ever forgive him.

We can't blame Harry or the players due to the pressure Hughes lumped on us all with his massive winless run and poor buys. Let's rebuild and go again, oh and anyone who comes on this thread giving me the "it's not over yet" BS please be honest with yourself.

If you think this is all down to Hughes you are deluded........

Can't blame Hughes for this one. Players showed plenty of commitment today, if only they'd shown it over the course of the season.

Lionel, please re-read my message. Todays game shouldn't have been as significant thanks to the hopeless Hughes early season debacle

agents have determined our transfer policy, even our decision to hire hughes. the club isnt being run properly and hasnt for YEARS. ever since the Briatore era we've just had ****ing parasites running things.

we've NEVER built a team, just amassed players

hughes was a joke, yes he was unlucky but you cannot depend on luck.

i just feel so deflated right now

Hughes did relegate(IF it happens) us. At least his man-management did.

We were five points away from safety when Hughes was sacked. Today we're seven. Does he deserve some of the blame? Sure. But there's plenty to be shared around. As for poor buys, I'll give you Johnson, and probably Park and Granero.

Hughes must take the majority of blame , but if we had been playing more attacking football at the start of Redknaps reign ,we would certainly have picked up more points,( if Cesar hadnt have been in such top form over Jan and Feb ,we would already be mathmatically down ), Hate to say it but Harry must take a percentage of the blame.

I think the problem there was agents probably came to the CEO and said "these players are available". The CEO went to Hughes and said, "we've got the possibility of signing these two with great pedigree, do you want them?"

Unfortunately it all boils down to TF not sacking Hughes after the 3-2 defeat to Reading in the Capital One. He let it drag on FAR to long under Hughes!

I agree Hughes didn't start this mess it started with Briatore, no academy, premature promotion, poor buys and player ammassment as mentioned above etc, etc... However, once Briatore had gone and TF and Mittals took financial ownership they entrusted Hughes to take over, bring in his own people and find suitable players for the Premiership. He didn't do that and that was with a whole summer. Warnock would have done a better job, of that I'm certain. Look at the players he brought in who have failed: Park, Granero, Diakite, Johnson and Zamora through injury (and Hughes and his staff should have known this, after all we ****ing did and so did the Fulham fans who laughed at us), Bosingwa has just started playing ok but has been a very poor return when you compare VFM & the list goes on...Hoilett, Onouha?

got to agree Hughes has got to take the majority of the blame, no away wins in his tenure tells me had we stuck with him it would have been over long ago. Love him or loathe him, Harry had an impossibe task
I must away now, I can no longer tarry
