I get the feeling from JM's interviews he's the kind of character who enjoys a drink. IMO he's the first manager we've had since Olly who's shown some real passion for the job and for that reason I'm actually warming to him a little. If he could just get to know his players a bit better and fix on a settled and winning line-up he may turn out to be a really good manager for us.

Just an after-thought - how about playing the two new guys up front - Simpson & Pellicori? Could be a decent combination with Pellicori getting the knock-downs for Jay to run onto with his lightning pace.
