Agents are needed but they should be paid by players, not by clubs, it is ridiculous.
In the music industry we pay our manager (equivalent of footballer's agent) 20% of our income, and that is how it should be in football.
If there were no agents it would be back to the days where clubs screwed over players. There needs to be a better middle ground and more regulation.
