Unfortunately this is the world we live in. Players can't help a girl with her bags without people thinking they were doing so just to try and get in her knickers.

      Footballers aren't like that.

She didn't know who they were, but was helped out by some real gentlemen.

Wish I didn't share it now.
Ignore them mate and fair play for posting. I met all the team with supporters club out here and they were all good as gold. Took time after the training session every day for photos and a chat, they were great with kids too. Clint Hill, Chris Samba, Jamie Mackie and Harry Redknapp in particular made a real effort and on the whole they came across like a great bunch of lads who were pleased to meet genuine Rangers fans.

I've been quite vocal on here about the report in the Mirror and the fact that is more or less completely fabricated. It's a shame that a few on here were so quick to jump on the bandwagon and start slating the players!

I'm sure they'd all like to help her with her bags, depending on how big they were obviously.

Nobody is slating them, merely asking the question that had she been 26 stone with a perspiration problem and slight moustache would they have all been so keen to help her. It's human nature.

The thing is mate that sometimes I feel like certain people on here would rather look for the negatives all the time. Maybe the lady was attractive, maybe she wasn't, the fact is she's had a positive experience of our team and the OP wanted to share that.

The point I was making was more to do with the reaction on here straight after the article was published in the Mirror. So many people on here was so quick to codemn the players, and some even tried to shoot me down for saying that it was bullsh*t. Sure enough Harry Redknapp came out and said exactly what I had said, the players were behaving themselves and working hard and the article was complete nonsense.

I'm not worked up at all mate, just stating a point that in general people can be far to quick to have a dig at the team.

To much PMT on here lately & I don't mean pre match tension.

I'm off to find some footy chat elsewhere for a bit. All gone a tad to serious on here.

Thats the crux of it i reckon....working hard? 90 min training a day wasnt it? The performances this season and where the club is at the moment is hurting a lot of fans and to see them jet off to Dubai for "training and bonding" doesnt sit to well when we see photos of the players relaxing around pools and such. I know 90 mins in that heat is a good workout and the bonding needed to be done as well but fans are hurting and lashing out which is to be expected. I think most of our current squad are useless w*****s but we have a few trying and putting the effort in.

Don't get me wrong mate, I'm hurting as much as anyone else about what's happened on the field this season. I also agree that there are some guys on the payroll that really shouldn't be at the club and are only here because of the contract we put in front of them.

All that said, you have to give credit where credit is due and from what I saw the players behaved impeccably out here and were a credit to the club. My mates boy was grinning ear to ear wandering out the training ground and meeting all his heroes.
