Embarrassment

Just a note,

Been on here for about six months now and its one of the better forums..

However, the infighting is a joke. It is embarrassing. We are all suppose to be QPR fans yet we spend our time goading each other into arguments. I've literally just read some guy threaten to beat up another guy, one guy calling the other inarticulate.

Load of you need to grow up and realise a difference of opinion should instigate a debate, not an argument or name calling and definitely not a fight...

Merely my thoughts. Not saying everyone on here is that sort of person but there are quite a few...

TBH, its not just that specific post it happens all the time even the trolling is ridiculous. I just dont understand how grown men feel the need to argue like a bunch of 12 year olds...

That is true, and I get we are stressed with how the season has got...but its no excuse...debates can get heated but I have read some shocking stuff recently...we have always been a close knit club as far as I can remember

Its what happens when trolls/People that post nonsense for effect get their claws into others, they crank it up until it gets to a point where the only reaction is to insult/argue.

Even though the season has been shocking there has still been a lot of light hearted, gallows humour banter on here.

The debates that have got heated have been the ones caused by a certain poster.

Must agree, ive been looking in for months but just joined. I've cringed big time when you see posts from i think Van hoops threatening to open people up , totally embarrasing. from what ive read from his posts he's in his forties or fifties , it's very sad, perhaps he needs to get a new bird on the firm.

Yeah it does seem to be the same posters causing the trouble but too many fans are stupid enough to bite and then it escalates. I study law and I see less fighting amongst lawyers than on here!! The light hearted stuff has made me smile but the nasty stuff has literally stunned me

I should hope so and all about the lawyers.

Not sure how nasty you mean. Ive only really seen some insults but maybe its because I have become desensitised to that sort of language that it doesnt offend me...

Sadly the club is losing its identity, we're becoming the home of mercenaries, and people are beginning to laugh at us.

Yes, it really is embarrassing how supposed grown up men have the need to bully others, and then blame the other person.

They will tell you lies and say it is all because of me, but I'll be gone in a few days, and I'll tell you this - when it is not me, it will be someone else they will gang up on. Just like there were people before me.

I would suggest you don't let the bullies get to you, do what I do, destroy their arguments with intelligent debate, they get so angry, I don't know whether to laugh or cry.
