Bless all you menials following the crowd of bullies. We all know you don't have a brain between you bullies. I've destroyed all of your bully myths many times over, it's obvious we need Park at RB and Mackie as our man in the middle breaking up the play and pulling the strings. One day all you bullies will realise I was right all along.

for me m'bia is played out of position and looked like an accomplished center half at the start of the season and this holding roll aint really for him with all that aside i wouldnt play him or diakite in midfield as they both give the ball away far too cheaply.
We'd basically be Argentina under Maradona in the 2010 WC.
Derry would play the role of Mascherano, bravely battling against an entire midfield on his own, whilst the three wingers and two strikers ahead of him stood around watching.
This. Plus Traore wd struggle at RB.... He struggles at LB despite that sweet left foot of his.
I think Mbia should start, and taken off when needed. Perhaps not ideal, but I think we need to build and experiment based off last Saturday's formation.
Don't get where the 'Park is better on the right' idea comes from. He has his (limited) uses, but using him rather than Remy, Townsend, Adel or even SWP on the right would severely blunt our attacks.
Is this just because of his assist on Saturday? If the Southampton defender had tackled him properly everyone would still be slating Park!
Well, that too, but also because Park's natural position at Manchester United was right wing (C. Ronaldo's position was left wing), and he has had a lot of success from that position throughout his career. Park was later played as a CM (often with a free role or additional instructed role) and eventually had success there as well, but it is not his preferred position. Park did also play both positions for the Korean national team, but when he played CM he had a free role.
Park can play a large variety of roles throughout midfield, but for him to be contributing to the offense he needs to be on the wing (right or left) or at least instructed by the manager to attack despite being positioned elsewhere. If he is not positioned or instructed to attack, he will instead focus on whatever other task was assigned to him by the manager. It's really up to what HR wants out of him this game, as always Park will always try to complete the task assigned to him.
