  • Traore

What was not picked up or mentioned here was what a great performance this guy had against Man Utd. He looked comfortable on the ball and was always looking to get forward down the left flank. Also, did some great chests to the keeper to get things going again, our best player behind Townsend and I can't see Fabio walking back in the side. So I think credit to Traore, looked the part on Saturday.

he did have a v gd game. he often does. v under-rated player. even bosingwa was pretty decent. the whole back four wasn't bad actually. take out that wonder strike and letting in one goal against utd isn't bad. problem was more that we offered so little going forward.

he needs to get some end product, beats his man then crosses poorly .

Agree with that. He was my MOM on Saturday. Looks much more solid in defence now.

                Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                And many more mistakes

Thought he had a decent enough game myself.

Having seen the left foot of Shorey and Baines put to such good effect, I wonder if Traore could have a role taking set pieces in future, especially inswinging corners from the right hand side.

Might as well give him a go. His corners cant be any worse than taarabts.

I think he's been much more cautious to attack this season. Against ManU he was quite active again.

still trips over the ball too often...love his pace and crossing though

So true, we just MUST stop giving the ball away in midfield...

Tbh fabio is a bit too good for us and won't join us in the championship, so we might as well keep troare, as he'll be needed for next season.

Hopefully he won't have as much defended to do too, so could be another positive
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!
