  • Barton against PSG

Watching him play now. He is constantly involved, playing from box to box and breaking up play just what were missing.

A few people said they would rather we went down then him wear the hoops again well they may get there wish

Another mess of a legacy left by Hughes. I without doubt would have kept him. He had been punished but that appeared not enough for Hughes. Got rid of one of our better midfielders and failed to replace him

How have you possibly managed to turn the subject of this thread into yet another dig at Adel? Yes he has been pretty woeful lately but by no means the worst yet he is singled out by you? Has he had your sister or something?

As for Adel , if he stopped trying to pass the ball with the outside of his foot or looking at the sky and trying to swerve the ball he might do something to earn the god status he wears.

agreed joey is better than anyone we have in midfield at present......his only crime was to show passion in heat of battle.....this lot of surrender monkeys are shameful!

Was a very good game. Marseilles very unlucky not to get something out the game. Barton had a decent game. All of Marseilles midfield played very well. We seem to have signed the only one who can't pass!
