The support has been dreadful all season, but v man u it was the worst yet, the feeling of a morge doesnt even come close. Only 3 half hearted songs all match from the R's, and with the none stop away fans singing from start to finish of the match, just made it feel even worst still. The effect of the missing twelfth man the fans create has been showing all season, and when you compare this to last season where the support was fantastic, and helped the team get over the line successfully many times in a similar position that the club finds itself in this season, the effect is even more visible to see. It is not lost to me and many others that the clubs poor decision to turn the lower loft ( HOME END ) into a kinder garden has vastly contributed to the silence at games, by kicking the HARDCORE out of the stand, the clubs singing chorus has been spread far and wide. And with any songs starting in and around the ' R ' block, these do not now pick up any momentum , and soon die, and sadly so is the clubs flirtation with the premiership. TF, PB, and the rest of the board made a very poor decision which I believe may contribute greatly to our return to the championship ! I hope harry and the team can find some formula to keep us up against the odds, as this season, fortress loftus road will not be there to help. I hope the club look again at the lower loft issue as was indicated at the fans forum, for next season. Also as was indicated by harry at the forum, maybe making the school end a fully R's stand, moving the away fans to the elles' stand, so taking away the advantage away teams currently enjoy, shown in full effect yesterday ! :angry1::****edoff:

Totally agree with what your saying but a better atmosphere will not make the players play any better as they have no passion inside them to keep us up. I have never seen a Rangers team be so static on the pitch.

I hope it got the same contempt

End of the day fans paid 55 quid to watch a man united training game.

We are set up to bore and we had to endure jenas coming on for the 2nd half.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

To be honest, after the first 15-20 minutes of a game, we can generally see the almost complete lack of basic quality that runs right through our team, and the home support generally sits back and awaits the inevitable.
It has been a terrible season thus far, only two measly wins, QPR fans need players performing to their very best now, before noise is generated.
Look at the ManUre fans, most people have said to me, what great support they showed their team.
Yeah, easy that, when you win 95% of the time, would have liked to have heard them replicate that 'great support', were they in our position, having had to endure a season like we are, and that following hot-on-the-heels of last season, another immensely unenjoyable romp in the premiersh!t.

The only bit of credit the club have come out with this season are the fans, don't start knocking them.

I actually like the morgue effect tbh, nothing more embarrassing and amateurish than happy clappy and "passionate Viagogo" home fans getting behind a team full of inadequate clowns.

Fans turn up to the one game against man utd and want to go to school or work on Monday saying how mental Loftus rd is to their man utd Surrey living mates, sorry we let you down.

Yeah. I can't understand why we're so down. After all we have the world beating Adel in our team who ought be playing at Camp Nou. We're a free scoring creative team which is fearsome at home. I was mystified that the idiotic R Block didn't tell Rio his brother is brilliant. And we had the secret weapon that is JS Park on the bench. Seems silly to have sat there so sullen.....

listening to players bigging it up and saying they are up for it, then we are served with the same sh**e, all I hear around me is gallows humour and who can blame them
I must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble

Perhaps if the manager picked a team who attacked occasionally, heaven forbid even created a few chances or even scored the odd goal, there would be something to get excited about.

But with injured players starting and the only replacements he puts on the bench are half fit, it doesn't inspire a good atmosphere. Coupled with his insistence to play midfielders who it seems have to concede possession within 5 seconds of getting the ball, allowing the other team to attack while our players don't bother putting in tackles and just watch them.

Perhaps if the players could actually play like players on their salaries should be capable of, with some form of tactical plan, we might get a bit of excitement. Feel that I am watching the most boring, negative football I have seen us produce for a few years now.

It is dreadful, and so soul destroying, it's as much as I can do to clap the buggers on, never mind cheer 'em.

As long as there's a tourist or a viagogo filling the seats, not loyal true fans, PB will be very happy, the off the pitch short term money grab direction is what is really dangerous to the clubs future.
