rather show some intent and lose 6-3 than produce more backs to the wall dross!

We will defend, we have no fit strikers.
I think we might as well play samba upfront, at least we will have a presence.I played sunday league football today.
Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

So the choice is QPR take Man Utd on and play open attacking football....or play tight pressing counter attacking football? The 1st one might see us win, but we'll prob get hammered....the 2nd one might see us lose but we might be in the game longer. Most posters on here don't have a lot of faith in our players (me too) so why do you think playing Man Utd at their own game will make them any better?

As much as I'd take a point against Manure, I've noticed that they frequently use Fergie time to score winners. Even 2-0 up with only 2 minutes (of Fergie time) left, I still say we'd stand a good chance of losing. We have to play out of our skins either way. The only positive we have is that the game is relatively meaningless to them.Where can one find Bush Babes?

wont stand a chance gung-ho and no good for confidence getting battered (remember swansea??) i'd bite ya leg off for a draw even if we park buses or what not!! lets get after villa, southampton, sunderland and ya wigan's and see what happens!!!??

Our best hope is to put ten men behind the ball, defend the entire match and hope that we score off a free-kick/corner/get a penalty. If we attack and go 'gung ho' as dpmd puts it, we will be absolutely battered, which is what happened when we tried this approach against Liverpool. Southampton can afford to be more attacking in their approach against the big sides because they actually have a set of players who can pass to each other and control the ball, as well as a half-decent striker.

TBH the club has one of the most attack minded managers in the game in charge now. But the players have been so **** and so lacking in application and desire that all they have succeed at this season is eleven behind the ball and January did not really address that.
