After the story about someone meeting Tony F I thought I'd continue the theme of positive news:
It goes to show that our Club is not as useless as gets suggested on here. My son smashed his ankle ligaments on the weekend and is now on crutches for a month. He's 10 years old and has already mastered them so that the can move quicker than I can walk (the git).
But as we sit in Upper Loft and right in the middle of the row I wasn't risking him hoping up two flights of metal steps on Saturday and then not being able to squeeze down the aisle when so few people move for the unafflicted, let alone him in cast and on crutches!!
So, a quick call to the Box Office and an explanation of the situation has got us moved to easy access on ground level with the absolute minimum of fuss and the tickets will be here in the morning.
So it's proof indeed that the Club can help, even when we have a sell out game against the biggest Club in Europe
