I think he's a really good manager and I like him. I know I shouldn't as he's exactly the type of guy that I don't think people should have to put up with. An arrogant little man.
All great managers are arrogant though and they act like dictators who think they know it all... The big difference is whether deep down they really think they know it all or have the guile to listen to what others say. I'm not sure whether Di Canio would pay any heed to what others say.
He's a big risk for any team. One that would either be a great appointment or go pear shape.

I really like the guy & the manager Di Canio but IMO he's a massive risk for a Premier League club.
Done a great & I mean great job with Swindon, would defo be worth a punt for a mid table Championship club to prove himself moreUnder Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
And many more mistakes
