I do admire your optimism. But being an older miserable git, it is clear to me that if all we expect is a point, then that is the best outcome we will get.
If we were a little bit more adventurous, played a more settled team and players performed to anywhere close to their potential, I am pretty sure we would have won more than 2 games.
2 games FFS? Words can't describe how let down I feel by this shower.
I hear you, I hear everyone haha - I just look at things differently...

After Swansea I resigned myself to going down but each time I look at the run of games coming up after Man Utd I think get a win on the board early and follow it up and were back amongst the pack probably 3 points adrift. If we pull it off it really will be the great escape.
By hook or by crook we need to try and scramble 36 points and hope thats enough thats 19points we need to pick up so five wins and a few draws.
Im hoping that one win will see confidence pick up and a little run start. Beating Chelsea was great but the run of games after that never really gave us a chance to push on although the draws were good. Say we get a point against Man utd (possible) then turn over Southampton games after that are Sunderland and Villa which is a nicer run then Man City and Spurs after we turned over Chelsea.
