Having a right go at the other team. We lose 4-1 by trying to defend our way out of survival! Ffs get the ball players on the pitch and have ago! 7 points from safety anyway so there's nothing to lose!

We have about 20 players in our squad who have accumulated under 10 goals between them and after the Man U game we are into March.
Yes we need to attack to win games but we don't have the players IMO

Playing two strikers would be a disaster. We have neither the central midfielders, nor the wide midfielders.
"More strikers" does not equal "more attacking". Swansea played with 0 proper strikers at the weekend. Say we ought to have a more attacking mindset, fine, but don't tell me we should sacrifice central midfield just to squeeze Jay Bothroyd into the side.
Going 442 vs United is just an invitation for Scholes and/or Carrick to spend the whole game pinging the ball round from just inside our half, whilst our two CMs are occupied elsewhere.

And while we are about it, their penalty kick wasn't hit as well as Adel's but the keeper made a pathetic non-attempt to read the direction. If he had, he would have saved it. The free kick angers me even more. The defender in the wall that was looking at the ground when it was struck only had to put his head up to block it and again, no one has queried the keeper's complete lack of any attempt to save it. It really wasn't that good and was hardly in the corner and un-saveable.
Saints played well and deserved their win - but don't get me started on the appalling goalkeeping and defending by Man City. Mind you, it just goes to show that you can only win the raffle if you buy a ticket :sorry:#standuptocancer
