  • WTF is up with Harry?

Why does he do this thing of saying that 'if we get results then I will look to improve the squad in the transfer window' and now Samba has just signed he's saying 'Big clubs are already enquiring into taking Samba...'

Does this not unsettle a team? Create ego's and laziness? Make players feel that if they put the effort in they will be replaced?

    OR

Is it to get the best out of players? Up their game because THEY don't want to be the ones replaced? make Samba feel really special and under the spot light making him play to his best potential?

    I can't figure it out.

    I don't know either.
Seems to be a bloody silly way to carry on, though.

Harry´s been a big let down, in my opinion. I hope for a young an inspired manager next season.

Would love him. When Arry walks at the end of the season though it'll be Cotteril.

Venners and Francis as a double act with Holloway and Wilkins as assistants and Les and Clive as 2nd assistants, then Bircham, Hill and Derry as 3rd assistants...might as well f..k ourselves proper nxt season

Its the QPR way...........12 games or 3 months whichever comes first, brought us nothing but success

Lost interest? prob knows he'll walk away at the end of the season saying done the best he could do under the circumstances with a poor team! had a mountain to climb after the mess Hughes left behind walks away with his reputation in tact.

i think arry has tried everything in his power but its not working. The squad is so poor, theres only so much somebody can do.
