Exactly this makes me laugh when people think there was no other options out there.

Samba is a quality centre half we all think that but lets get real here...we could have looked at the dutch, german, swedish, belgium leagues etc and plucked a quality centre half or two for a fraction off the price.

w12 though we havent always seen eyeball to retina im inclined to agree with you on this one...old 'arry boy i believe may have made a boo boo re remy and even samba imho....ludicrous amount of money spent on those two who will not be part of our championship squad come august.....money wouldve been better spent on a few seasoned championship campaigners who could do better if we came straight back up....people keep saying we could do a newcastle but i beg to differ!.....look at bolton/wolves to see just how toughs its gonna be.....i really fear for our future this morning!

H has brought in 2 saleable items come may Remy and Samba both these can be moved on and the cash used for rebuilding, with new fiscal regs coming better to have assests to generate spending than to have money you cant spend cos the authorities say the club never earned it , Didnt you post Samba to spurs with Townsend and the other lad comming in ,what a good start to a championship squad if true the sale these 2 could lay the foundations to a very good squad

My issue with Redknapp is that he only has one list of players he knows, Spurs, Portsmouth and yourselves were connected to all the same players, Defoe, Keane, Crouch, Cole, Samba, Parker, Remy etc etc...

I genuainally believe Samba is everything that is wrong with football, he is a mercenary he won't keep you up, I agree that there are far better defenders with better mental strengh you could have got for less, Scott Dann, upson, Curtis Davies just off the top of my head, may not be as good on paper but will fight and would have allowed you to spend money else where.

I can't believe the players he brought in will be behind him either, he had a pop at Townsend at Spurs and refused to speak to Jj for a while.

I'm interested to know what you think of Harry, I don't buy this miracle rescue, he has had a lot of games to turn things around you are still adrift.

Read what I wrote above I believe H will leave us with sale abie assets to start afresh , posters #### H off without appreciating what a disjointed squad he inherited befor the jan window they wanted a f/ward and c/b H got them saleable ones ones every body to a man was wetting themselves over. 2 weeks later H is a mug
