  • Fair play to the players at the end........

Some of them came over and threw their shirts to the fans e.g. Simpson, Hall and Ledge.

Finally the players are starting to acknowledge the fans at away games, especially after the miles we have been racking up lately!

It's important the players don't distance themselves from the fans. We are the ones who follow the team around the country.

But the idea of the players getting in their Silver Merc estate car to go from the ground to the car park is a joke! 99% of the singing they get is good banter regardless of whether or not we have won.
First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.

Ephraim and Ramage threw their shirts too.
Never seen so many shirts chucked to the crowd midseason.
Nice to hear the chorus of "One Peter Ramage" too.
Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########

Its about ****ing time they realised the fans are there!
I mentioned earliier when after the Exeterand Argyle games most of htem just trudged off. Only Ephraim came across to the fans at both games.
2011-2013, 2 seasons in the Premiership, 76 games, 14 wins........two years of my life I'll never get back!!

2013/2014 mediocrity topped off with a win at Wembley....

2014/2015 was pretty much the same as 2011-2013.....

      2015/2016, average at best.....

      2016/2017, same old, same old....

      2017/2018, aim low, avoid disappointment!

Its the hope that kills you!

Anyone else notice the look on Buz's face each time he came came to our end for his stretching exercises, always looking for some acknowledgement,I know he got a round of applause first time, looks like he needs to know he is still appreciated.

if we had drawn that game they wouldn't of come over to you.
It is all down to how happy that are.
Ramage is a good guy but I think u need to expect them 2 be arrogant and show little respect, they are footballers and u can't compare there actions 2 someone that works 9 till 5. Just think we need a reality check but fair play to all the fans that made the journey and I at least respect that.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

I don't think it's too much to expect all the players to come over and appreciate the support which takes all of a couple of minutes (if that).

Magic you and I live in a different world thats what I am saying.
2 be honest work rate and a decent performance bothers me more.
I think we realise Ramage is top guy and much more down to earth than our other over payed big time charlies.

Stan you can't compared them to players of years ago.
They are spoilt little brats and that is just the reality of it.
I just hope they start showing some hunger and play with some passon.

                          All about winning games.

The players should also realise we the fans, don't mind losing if the players have put in a shift and given they all to win the game. Its when they underacheive we get annoyed.

Fans will respond positively to the players, if they see the effort being put in.
