A good left back is as rare as hens teeth. How many years did England struggle to find a decent one for the national squad?
If a GOOD one becomes available, we should move heaven and earth to him in. Think th ebest one around at the moment is Sheffield Wednesday's boy, cant remember his namebut he always looks solid and knocks in the odd goal too.
(Spurr, had to look it up, my mind is shot after an away win!!)Last edited by Kevster269; 30-08-2009, 10:38 AM.2011-2013, 2 seasons in the Premiership, 76 games, 14 wins........two years of my life I'll never get back!!
2013/2014 mediocrity topped off with a win at Wembley....
2014/2015 was pretty much the same as 2011-2013.....
2015/2016, average at best.....
2016/2017, same old, same old....
2017/2018, aim low, avoid disappointment!
Its the hope that kills you!

Coventry were one of the clubs he originally turned down to come to us, (along with Leicester) so he went there instead.
From the horses mouth. (not Danny Dichio)

I've given him a few games to judge him on, but that was the final straw for me. The man is flimsy and hesitant, and his positioning is terrible. I was no fan of Delaney, but I'd have him anyday over GB.
A left back is a priority.
