  • Will other teams keep winning.....

You have to keep asking yourself this question....

The fact is the boys that put on that shirt have to work as hard as possible and get results....

Yeah sure if we win every game then we are bound to stay up but sadly that isnt going to happen.

BUT regardless of what people say, other teams play big part in your survival.

Will Villa continue to lose? - They dont look great, Benteke is the only hope they have
Will Reading keeping winning?? - Surely not, its impossible right and a big ask from them? Not only that but I think they hit the form too early.
Will Saints lose? - New manager, they cant win every game.
Will Wigan hit a run of form? - Maybe, maybe not. They dont look amazing this year it has to be said

Our form shows us in mid table. And we have been on this form since Harry took over.

Yep we are due another couple of wins but we showed signs of improvement and we have been unbeaten during a tough time IMO Chelsea, Spurs and City.

Its there to be taken, win at the weekend and others dont and it again looks different. So many different outlooks and at the end of the day if we pick up points and others dont we climb back up.

At least we keep picking up points, at least we are not conceding many now. THIS IS KEY.

Id rather win 1 and draw 2 from three games than win 1 and lose two (If that makes sense) That form is better and that form may keep us up.

If we can't win a game it certainly makes total sense to not lose it. 1 point helps a bit and the goal difference stands still. Confidence can also be built from an unbeaten run much more than it can from getting drubbed like Villa have a few times lately

Its understandable that people are dreading draws now as well... Obviously we all know wins are key.

BUT 1 point is better than 3 dropped, draws against teams in the top 4/6 is brilliant.

At the end of the day, if Villa etc pick up as many as we did against the top teams then I will be very surprised and gutted.

They wont drop that many, we did well IMO.

United a due a loss ;-) so who knows....

No good getting a point from the top teams if we can't beat the teams around us.

As I said somewhere else MYU - Since Harry took over we havent had a real run of games which we should win week in week out.

We have had a right mixed bag.

Harrys first job was to steady the ship
Harrys second job was to stop shipping goals
Harrys Third Job was to win home and then away
Harrys fourth job, start winning and scoring (We are here, and we now have a chance to win our games and do this)

If we dont then you are right. We wont them all, but everyone around us wont keep winning.

Does any one remember last season probably around this time Feb/Mar Blackburn won 2 games on the spin and went 6 points clear of the drop zone, and i remember every pundit and fan saying thats them clear of the drop and will be safe now.
You never can tell i hope there will be twists and turns, but the main thing is timing as Blackburn found to their cost, they saw the finishing line too early, we must not give up

Very good points, it's easy to be impatient as the number of remaining matches dwindles but there is a ray of hope because of our side being more confident and not leaking goals! I think the Norwich draw has caused some panic here as it was a match we should have won but we have to move on! I'm stating the obvious in that we really can't afford to get much further adrift and we are going to have to start scoring goals!

It is obvious but so very true, its all about remaining positive.
