                But if Barton had done that he would be up in court for GBH with Intent no doubt.

                His reputation precedes him unfortunatley - he gets treated alot differently to others. The Fellaini vs Stoke scenario was a prime example.

                  as far as i can see he received a double yellow today and not a red due to a flip out like he had vs. citeh.
