Thinking about it perhaps Adel would actually benefit as an individual from us mixing our game up and having a bit of the pressure taken off him. He is clearly busting a ****** and recognises himself he can be the difference in a game but has this resulted in him trying to do to much and those around him becoming lazy and when they get the ball instead of carrying it themselves or looking who else is on automatically thinking give it to Adel. Opo sides have worked out everything goes through him and get bodies round him as soon as he gets the ball.

Pressure like Adel is currently carrying, especially since the Chelsea game, must be mentally draining. I would certainly not drop him he has to start but perhaps Harry needs to tell the other 10 outfield players to grow a pair and take some more responsibility

Some good points there Acton but think Tarrabt must take some of the blame. He is like a child in just wanting the ball to show off his step overs. Wasn't it the Morrocan manager who said he did not want him because he wanted team players. Watch him, no matter when or where he gets the ball he just has to do either a roll or step over before releasing the ball even if it should have gone earlier.

Personally would like to see him dropped for next week and see how we go, some on here might get a nice surprise.

Ricky - who do you think are least effective players were in terms of creating chances today?

Townsend was good and so was Taarbs. No one else offered anything. Mackie won a pen, but offered nothing else. SWP offers nothing. Ever. The 2 defensive mids offered nothing and we not even very good at shielding the defence, the clean sheet was down to Cesar again, not a solid defence. Full backs didn't get forward and cross (probably intructions).

Agree re Tarbs and Townsend as most creative, but think what you are missing is that Harry plays with two defensive midfield players to make up for Tarrabts woeful defending and positioning without the ball. Also think SWP has become the scape goat and contributes more than many give him credit for.

Personally think at home we should play one sitter with Jenas and Granero slightly in front, Zamora up front with Remy(if fit) and Townsend behind and try to get the full backs over lapping more.

I will try to enjoy the remaining 13 games with Taarabt as he will no longer be with us next season. He clearly need good strikers.

Ricky - I don't think that is why Harry has chosen that formation. I think he has done it to make us hard to beat, which has happened. But I think more due to Cesar being immense! That is fine v big teams, but wrong yesterday and I simply disagree with you on why he has done it.

I dread to think what we would have been like without Taarabt yesterday.

Well what happened today, oh yeh we scored twice and actually won the game looking like a team. As I said in the original post he is very much part of the problem

Don't think he is part of the problem at all.

I think the tactics of relying on him to do everything is more the issue.

That's a complete lie. But even though you're lying and it is plain for everyone to see, I won't call you a liar as I might get banned!

I don't care what you think of the post, the fact is it is a lie. And I can prove it.

Is your ego that big that you accuse others of lying because they have a different viewpoint to yours?

The proof has been there for weeks to see when it comes to Taarabt playing in the hole.
