Embarrassing to see grown men (same people all the time) come on here to slate Adel. Soon as he does something bad this thread re appears. It's like the same people are praying he does something wrong so they can get a semi, come on here and slate him. You do have to wonder if it is something personal as the guy aint a awful player, but the way people go on you would think he was a 20stone pub player.

Has he been brilliant this season? No, in patches he has shown what a talent he is.

Is he a world beater? far from it

Is he the worst player at the club? Far from it

Is it his fault we are bottom? No

The guy is our joint top scorer, most assists, and most chances created. Yes he is frustrating, but at the same time he is the only player who can do something on the pitch to take your breath away.

To the posters who continually slate him, we get it, you don't like him. There is no need to come on here everyday preaching to us that his useless, because the majority of us know he isn't but at the same time we also know he isn't world class.

World class ? Do you think he is prem class mate? not digging just wondering what your opinion would be because for me he has a long way to go just to prove that he can hold his own in the prem let alone world class.

There is reason to come on here and discuss his frailties because there are people on here who think he's the Dogs? like those who keep voting for him as MOM even when he's S**t can you actually beleive that people voted him MOM yesterday REALLY in front of Townsend?

Prem class? yes, in a good team who can afford a luxury like him mate. I am not saying Man u or Man City nothing stupid like that, but if he was to go to say Newcastle next season, imo he would do as a good job as Ben Arfa who is a similar player to him. Everyone knows Adel has the ability to go as far as he wants, BUT for some reason he just isn't doing it. Is it that QPR & him just don't match? He don't trust his team mates so don't pass to certain players? Does he want to be the hero and most times over does it? Lazy with regards to fitness etc and just relying on his ability? I have no idea only he can answer that.

Adel will go down as one of the most talented and yet divisive players we've had at the club.

I thought he was incredible and would defend him at any opportunity. However, as the season has gone on I've realised that for every brilliant pass, dribble and piece of skill he does, there are many more moments of **** where he doesn't do the simple thing, does something a 4 year old would do or just shows that he is not cut out to be a Premiership footballer.

Adel needs to play in Spain, France or Italy where the game is slower, more thought out and a lot less intense and physical. He is a luxury player that needs to be in a team where results will come naturally and he is given the freedom to express himself.

I'll remember him as one of the greatest players i've seen at Loftus Road in recent years. After being given the 10 shirt in the summer he could have gone on to be a legend for us in the Premiership, but as with everything else at the club this season, it has all gone horribly wrong.

He will leave and hopefully finally mature and will be an exceptional player somewhere. Just a shame he couldn't do it with us.

m'bia may have been wrong to give the free kick away but at least he was trying.
Adel decided not to try by ducking. unforgivable

also, more sh1t free kicks and corners from adel

I would play him as well. No matter how bad he has been, or if he don't suit a left wing position in a 442, I would still have him everyday over the useless Junior Hoilett.

Luxury.......absolutely spot on Rob, this has been my view, to play him we have to change the team, normally one up front, .....he's a luxury we can't afford imo, ...although it's too late now

m'bia carried the ball box to box, avoided 3 or 4 of their players, laid of the ball perfectly to remy for the goal.
stepovers not necessary. wonder if adel would have passed.

of course he wouldn't and would have stopped before the halfway line

There is no doubt Tarrabt has ability but football is a team game and he has to fit into the given system of the team he is playing for. The only time he has been the least bit consistently effective was when he was relieved of all team responsibility and that was in the Championship and whilst he got us promoted at what price. We had little togetherness, quality or a plan B when he simply wasn't good enough to do the same job in the Prem.

If you watch the games his rare moments where he actually makes a difference to the result are outweighed 20 fold by the times he slows down play, takes the wrong option, shoots weakly, fails to beat the wall or first man at a corner/free kick, doesn't track back, tackle or even attempt to challenge for the ball in the air. That's not to mention the fact that every time he has a half decent game he and his agent ##### him out to the media with these ridiculous suggestions he will sign for Barcelona or United. However despite all this some fans, probably including you, wet yourself at a pointless step over on the half way line then sing "Tarrabts to good for you" to the utter bewilderment of the opposition fans who sit there pi##ing themselves laughing.

He is a lazy, overweight, self promoting and deluded individual who will join a long list of very talented but underachieving footballers who simply didn't have the dedication or application to fulfill his potential and that's his biggest crime. To be honest anyone who has played or coached at a decent level is fully aware of his limitations hence why there has been no genuine interest in signing him (don't believe his self generated rumours). Wait and see he will either go back to France or stay and play a bit part next year for us as there is simply no position for him in any team shape other in a complete free role and I am affraid only a Messi or Ronaldo gets away with that.
