I agree that perhaps Zamora should have taken it, but we all know that Taarabt appears to have the right to take every set piece, if he wants to (not that he is good at them though).

Yes it's a gamble sometimes but if you are good at taking pens it's less of a gamble because your just... Good!
To be fair it was well struck just made it so obvious with his body shape.

Gerrard just thinks technique. The bloke never misses and has extra large balls.
Some players bottle it but the germans have proven if you think you're going to score you will, not sure tarbs believed. Maybe if we wasn't bottom of the league the doubt would never of cropped upI played sunday league football today.
Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

The best penalties was alan shearers, he always shot top left corner of the post so no goal keeper could ever reach it. Quality.
As for yesterday, it wasn't the worst one I've seen but adel was too casual. I think the pressure got to him, really Derry should had taken it.

Rvp has missed, probably the best player in the country and Messi has missed...important ones too, and he is the best player of all time.
But a fan, like you, who has never, ever had a pressure moment on a pitch can state they should not miss if they are professional.
Worst post you have ever made.Last edited by silvercue; 03-02-2013, 11:44 PM.
