This is my 1st post and as an R's fan for over 30 years - i have seen more down's than up's
I am not in the know - just a passionate fan
Having been to all of our home games this season and to Bristol it is clear to me that our players are lacking in confidence and are frightened of making mistakes - you can see it in their faces!
we have to support the team through thick and thin - i know how i'd feel if i was booed at work for making a mistake
i actually think we have a talented squad ( just a left back needed!), a passionate manager and a knowledgeable and respected number 2
There are plenty of teams who would swap places with us - living near Southampton i know that their fans are 'on the floor'
I actually feel really excited about the rest of the season and the Jay Simpson signing could just galvanise us
Come on - let's get behind the team so that the players can see and hear the difference
