Thinking back to the game at carra root and how Clint got bullied around by Holt what do you think is the way to stop this happening tomorrow? Holt will back into Clint and then grab him as usual, so whats the answer? Screen in front of Holt with a midfielder? Clint stand off him?

Clint has had nightmares with Holt. Always fouls him and holt goes down easy so could give away a penalty. Samba has to mark him imoI played sunday league football today.
Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Would say Clint is established in the back four now where as other times he had been stepping in and out of centre back position. Im not sure Holt will actually start if I recall right Norwich were prepared to see the back of him in the transfer window after spending the summer trying to hold on to him

Actually, while given a hard time by Holt at Norwich, Clint managed him quite well. Fella didn't score off of him. Trouble was Clint was booked early on and that made managing Holt even more difficult when Holt was trying to have Clint foul him again. His being substituted was tactical- so we didn't go down to ten men. 1-0 to Holt, sure, but Clint still managed him and didn't have his clock cleaned.Last edited by Rangers77; 01-02-2013, 10:58 PM.
