i have issued an ultimatum to the united states, demanding they hand over a mr pickens, responsible for shattering rowan's leg and thereby harming qprfc...they have until noon or a state of war will exist between us ( qprfc)
our army will be meeting outside the ground at 1pm to begin our invasion if our demand is not met!!
