  • Odemwingie for Hoilett?!

From the reporter Aiden at 'QPRs Training Ground' (he's at Loftus Road - Knobhead) That deal would be a NO from me.

I find it odd that JH is being moved out; HR has seen something he does not like and if that is the case, then it is an Ok from me

Joke of a deal. JH has had a disappointing half season but he should still be vastly more valuable than Odemwinge.

Its all about surviving this year and Peter O will score and create you more goals that JH.

JH had enough chances under MH and was rubbish, scored 1 maybe 2 goals and create as much.

So it is a yes from me !

You're mad. Odemwingie is TEN years older than Hoilett who is still nowhere near his prime, his price can only go up and Odemwingie's can only depreciate from here on in. Added to that he's only had 10 games to showcase himself under MH who we all know didn't get the best out of any player yet he still managed 3 goals and a few assists (i think). Gotta give the guy a chance after the injury clears up.

30 in 80 for West Brom isn't a bad return. Better than Crouch at least.

No way. 22 year old Hoilett, full of potential, granted hasn't set the world alight for us - albeit not given much game time and suffered with injuries, but I think he is a great player and showed what he can do in a few games he has played for us (namely Spuds away & Reading n Everton at home).

Odemwingie, as good a player as he is, is 31.

Hoilet all day for me - WBA would be laughing their nuts off if they got a swap deal.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

Plus we don't have any other wingers at all except SWP

The reporter revealed his source for this rumour though - he said it was being spoken of on Twitter. Enough said I hope

He has been disappointing and Odemwinge will more than prove his value above Hoilett's if he scores and provides goals to keep QPR up.

It is a gamble, but one that I consider to be worthwhile.

Understand JH is 10 years younger and full of potential, understand JH has not played under HR and PO is 31+.

But IMO we stand a better chance of staying up with PO as I think he will score and create you more goals.

If it is a good deal or bad deal depends on what you consider more important:
-Building for the future = bad deal
                            - Giving yourself the best chance to stay up this year = Good deal
One for all.... and all for one

Valuable in terms of what? His resale value in the future being younger or being able to keep qpr in the prem and the money that would generate. Would gamble on Odemwhingie if it was about the value to keep us in the prem.
