Whos ****ed off with nelson for leaving when we need him most! Guard of honour winding me up! If it was the last game of the season fair enough! Grrrrrrrr
Nope a few share your views I think. Not me though - fair cop to him came in as backup and has been our POTY. Openly said his knees & ankles are in bits after games these days and he has had an offer to take the next step in his career and jump onto the first rung of the managerial ladder. Who can really begrudge him for taking up that opportunity? I know I certainly don't, I'm grateful for what he done for us and wish him well.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

would agree with you 100% if we weren't in such dire straights. Have a nasty feeling him leaving will be a big nail in our coffin.
we'll have to go some to replace him.

in fairness that's down to the club to sort.

So were Paul McGraths, and he continued for years.
He made a decision that is best for him, and not QPR. Do I begrudge him? No. But if our defence becomes sh1te and we're conceding left, right and centre, then, yes, I would feel a little annoyed at him.
Do see your point but to me he's been brilliant and professional. Could have left before but stayed on to help. Arguably our toughest run is now over and so we should ("should") beat teams like Norwich without him. He's earned us some good points against teams we should have lost to.
He's not a rangers fan, not been with us for years, not in folklore history - he's a pro who loves his football and has been given a promotion
He owes us nothing but has given everything in his games

Well, he signed a one year contract, so if we want him to stay the year, he has to. The fact we are letting him go early means he should owe us gratitude.
Was expected to be a back up player & we've ended up depending on him massively. Not his fault & he has to think about his health & of course an amazing opportunity.
Gutted yes hold any grudges most certainly not. He's been unbelievable.

Good luck to the guy - bottom line is he has to put himself and his first managerial job first.we dont know the ins and outs of his appointment at Toronto - maybe it was now or not at all..who knows. Sure harry made getting a replacement for Ryan his top priority..................hope so anyway.
can't criticise a guy who was bought as a back up squad player and has been our best defender all season
puts himself on the line every game, if the others performed like him, we'd be in the top 8 not bottom, that's for sure
good luck to him to all Rangers fans, don't have the hump with someone who plays well consistently
it's the others we should be hacked off with
Nothing to do with him. Short term contract and no backing from the club. Turns out to be an inspired recruit and all the while he's having to look to his future. Good luck to him. He's one of the good guys. Anyone who gets upset at him for leaving is making him out to be a traitor and a complete ****. I thank heaven we had him for how long we did otherwise who knows where we'd be now.
I think the majority of the fans can see it from his point of view. It's a shame that he's going but at the end of the day you can't really hold it against him.
