I thought again every 50/50 decision went the big teams way! Pen or not had it been up the other end and ague ro or silva it would have been given!

One thing though his decision making or lack off helped to up the atmosphere

I'm not sure how people think the ref had a good game.

Barry should have been sent off for pulling back one of ours in the second half as already booked. Dowd chose to overlook it. Silva kicked out at Derry, should have gone too(if that was Barton , straight off 100%)

What about with Granero's free kick, they were only about eight yards away and people were shouting about it so he went and counted the 10 yards which meant they should have gone back two, but he just left them standing there.

Also, was right above the penalty and Remy did get clipped by Lescott and the contact was bang on the line, which means it should have been given. If he dived shouldn't Remy have been booked.

There was a definite bias towards City

He is not there to play fancy passes and create chances. Which makes you calling him clueless rather ironic since he does his main job very well.

I only mentioned M'bia there. Didn't say anything about the Ref having a good game... but now that you ask, given the circumstances he did ok.
Remy dived, he didn't get clipped. There was no contact!
He got the Onuoha tackle right too, that wasn't a penalty cos he just about brushed the ball with one of he studs... very hard to to see that! In real time!

He got the players to move back about half a yard during the free kick. They did move apart from zapaleta I think. M'bia went to him and told him to move back. By that time that had crept slightly forward when the ref went to blow the whistle.

It's not easy being a ref. Thought most of them were good calls.

Exactly right, he got amongst them brilliantly and stopped them playing. He is not a creative player, but you have to strike a balance in a team, and also look at the opposition when playing people in certain positions.

I personally am very happy with the way we have performed in the last 4 games. People were predicting us getting 0 points in January and we ended up with 6, so no complaints really.

I was looking straight at it, was about 20 yards in front of me and Lescott did catch him, which is why everyone in Ellerslie was going mad.

I sit in the front of the Upper Loft and I too am convinced he was clipped. Someone next to me said they had a text to say "no foul" and I spent the next ten minutes telling them to text back and offer a trip to the opticians. Haven't watched football first yet but I remain convinced it was a foul - mind you from right up the other end of the pitch I said penalty to City too

I think when you watch the replay you will change your mind, it looked a penalty at first view but watching the replay I don't think there was contact!

I will watch it and there may not have been contact and it might even have been outside the box but on this I will never change my view - it should have been a penalty

Screamed for it from the Ellerslie, but saw Sky highlights and it was never a penalty. Nor was Ned's tackle on Sinclair, which I also thought was a penalty. Some ref me. And a homer tonight.
