Want to give a special mention to this lad. Seems to be playing with a new air of confidence since his return to the side and was superb again tonight. Think that we forget that some of these players we signed have at some point been very good players, confidence in football can play a massive role. Unbeaten in 4, taken 6 points from Chelscum, Spurs, West Ham (Away) and now City. Most importantly for me only conceded 1 goal in 4 games. Really don't understand all the doom and gloom on here

He's had a great 4 games for us now, certainly grown in confidence.

I gave this guy so much stick it was harsh & IMO it was deserved stick, but my word he's been incredible recently, especially tonight & against Bale the other week.

I'm glad someone has got a thread just to highlight him, very much deserved!
      Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
      And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

well doom and gloom is because we are bottom of the league after only winning 2 football games all season and its nearly February so season has been an embarrassing disaster so far. Things looking up with Harry

He has been outstanding. With his mum recently passing away it must have been really difficult for him. I hope he can go from strength to strength

I always thought people was too critical of him as his personal life was hell.

I think her passing and now being at peace is what's allowed him to concentrate on football and refind his form.

I think he is a top player. Tough, quick and reads the game well. I would not mind seeing him as a midfielder destroyer (If we were desperate) as when he gets on the ball and carries it he knocks players out the way.

It pains me to say it but some of Hughes signings are now stepping up to the plate Ceser, Fabio, Nedum & Nelson shame shame it took a change of manager to mould a team

He's doing well under the new regime, and good luck to him after the terrible things he has had to endure personally

His mum suffering & dying in awful circumstances, how would it not affect you? He's come out the other side & is looking like a great asset. Long may it continue.
