He has been great but find it hard to clap and cheer too much - he has let us down badly when we needed him. why sign a contract for a year if you don't intend to honour it? with his record in the game am sure he would have picked up another coaching job at the end of the season. its hardly as if toronto are real madrid.

Mate he has gone. Hense the guard of honour for him after the game.

            Thank you, RN.
He couldn't do any worse than what they have Shania!

Because when he signed the contract he was 5th choice centre half and probably assumed he would play no more than 8 games.

Nelly has been superb, he will be extremely hard to replace. A real shame he couldn't have waited until the end of the season.

A little harsh on Toronto FC!

what, so you take 30/40,000 a week then walk out because you are asked to play more than eight times a year for it. hmm...

Ryan Nelsen must go to bed every night with the incredible satisfaction of knowing he gave his best that day. We'll miss him & wish him well

There's no way he's on anything near that.

How do you know.... Was a free signing and at a top 4 club last season.... i'd be surprised if his agent didnt secure at least £30k

He has been awesome for us, and for that i love him as a player, but i can't help feel let down by the fact he's jumping ship when we need him most.
