Bothroyd is not remotely EPL, and a fit Zamora puts in a shift once in every three games. For, what, 20 minutes?
Of the many recent worrying statements and actions by Harry, his confidence in Zamora is one of the more baffling. Meanwhile a decent specialist CB has not been sourced.

Let's get real - a point is no good to us. We have to have a go, I reckon City in recent weeks have been playing the best football in England, magnificent stuff and we will not shut them out for 90m. On that basis, we need to select a side which is capable of putting them under some pressure. You do that with midfield support in the final third, exactly what they do brilliantly. I'd play Adel just behind Remy, free to join up, and I'd play someone wide as an old fashioned winger, ideally with a brief to go either side and run at them, but you can't have everything ;)
