Bet, we cannot agree on the same 11

I'll start Cerny, Connolly, Rowlands (when fit), Buzsacky should start,

Cerny, Connolly, Gorkks, Routledge and Buzz(when unfat)......just make up the rest from a poor squad of leftovers.

shouldn't be hard for Magilton....thought he was an experienced championship manager......also he gets paid good money to get it right.

            all fit and in form..

id say cerny, gorkks, connolly, faurlin and buz are my only players who must start..

its a combination problem we have..

i really dont feel we can play:

vine, routledge, buz, taarabt in the same team.

sadly it seems magilton is trying to.. he really needs to pick a "match winner" and make a team around him.

            personally id go for:

            cerny

ramage connolly gorkks borrowdale(need new lb)

            routledge faurlin rowlands taarabt

            buzsaky

            helguson/simpson

however us playing a 4-3-3 might work better. we really must start using our width.. against forest we didnt and it cost us.
Soldier: "im on reconnaissance sir.. im looking for our camouflage expert.. have you seen him?"
            Lovejoy: "No?!"
Soldier: "GOD DAMNIT THAT GUYS GOOD!"

doesnt matter if we can agree on it or not. Its JM's job to, and he has the insight of training, etc

tell a lie this is prolly our best chance of combining the players

                4-5-1 defensive - 4-3-3 attacking

                cerny

                ramage gorkks connolly borrowdale

                -------------faurlin--------------

                ------buzsaky-----rowlands------

                routledge--------------------taarabt

                ---------------simpson/(take your pick)

                  Cerny

                  Ram Gorkss Stewart Connolly

                  Routledge Faurlin Buzsaky Cook

                  Taarabt

                  Simpson

Faurlin being the holding mid. And to be fair to Akos, he doesnt mind getting stuck in aswell.

                      Cherny
                      Ramage Hall Gorkss Conolly

                      Routledge Buzsaky Faurlin Rowlands

                      Vine
                      Simpson
When all fit that is the strongest team, conolly really should bin in the middle but not until we improve on borrowdale
its New Era number 8 i tell thee, bring on the fireworks

Holding player. Sits infront of the back 4. 'Quarter back role' like Carrick.
First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.

                            Nearly right mate.

                            ---------------Cerny-----------------

                            Ramage--Connolly--Gorkss--Borrowdale

                            --------Rowlands--Faurlin-------------

                            ---Routledge--Buzsaky--Vine----------

                            --------------Simpson----------------

Every one played in their correct position. Everyone playing on their correct foot (lefties on the left, right footers on the right). Suits the eprsonnel we currently hae in the squad. The cover and gaps in cover and the "surplus to requirements" become obvious too.

                            Cover:

                            --------Heaton------------

                            None--Hall--Stewart--None

                            -------Mahon--Legs-------

                            Ephraim--Balanta--Taarabt

                            ----------None------------

                            Surplus to requirements:

                            Cook, Alberti, Agyemang, Helguson.

Bring in a better left back to displace Borrowdale and a better right back to displace Ramage. Bring in another striker, the formation would really suit Earnshaw. Keep Pellicori as an alternative type of striker, i.e. a target man to send on in emergencies for the last 20 mins.

Dunno why it isn't obvious to everyone.
