Anton Ferdinand has a concentration level of a 5 year old, just a joke to all defenders.

To think that 30 % of the fans on here thought he would made a good captain for the 2012/13 campaign ...

Not sure about DJ's, it looked a very close call. The game could have turned out very different had it been allowed. Yes their 3rd goal was definitely offside.

He Has cost us pads of goals since he came all 3 goals at WBA this season were down to him he makes so many mistakes and really is a very poor player , how he's played at the highest level and manager have paid big fees for him amazes me

To be honest he really wasn't that bad in his first 6 months or so here, cast your mind back and you would probably agree I'm sure. It seems that somewhere along the way he has either lost interest or completely forgotten how to defend!

The whole Terry saga ruined him
"When you went to the corner and saw our fans celebrating the way they were you just wanted to be part of it" - Shaun Derry after we beat the scum 1-0

No, he was prone to regular lapses of concentration and shocking blunders long before then.... that just gave him an excuse.

                  To me it looked like

1st goal: Mistake by defender. Traore.
2nd goal: Mistake by defender. Ferdinand.
                  3rd goal: Miles offside.
4th goal. Set piece defending. Ben Haim didn't get support from Faurlin.

Traore hasn't played for ages. Ferdinand as well. As for the rest of the team they looked on paper before the game like a team far from match fit and they managed to create 22 shots, 12 on target, 2 goals. While the opponent had 9 shots, 6 on target, 4 goals.

This tells us our midfield was fairly good, our strikes so so and everyone wasted a few too many shots. Boothroyd had for example 7 shots, 3 on goal, 1 goal.

I don't know what Harry Redknapp expected but making 9 changes where the majority were not match fit and many coming back from injury as well is not a recipe for success.
My conclusion is that the this team, defense especially, was far from ready. They made simple errors which cost us the game.

Painful viewing, however unless my eyes deceived me, one positive I saw was the revelation that Traore can actually kick a ball with his right foot and in fact had a thumping shot with it from outside the area which stung the goalkeeper's hands.

I was beginning to think that Traore's right foot was simply there to prevent him having to hop when he runs!

Our midfield was 'fairly good'. And the Titanic had a successful maiden voyage. I assume you had a ringside seat at Loftus Road....??

I'm sorry. I was unclear. My speculative thoughts were based on the highlights and the stats as I mentioned. I was not able to watch the game, just listen to it.

I'm just saying it seems to me it wasn't the midfields fault we conceded 4 goals and considering the fact we had 22 shots compared to their 9 shows me they produced a lot more goalscoring opportunities than the other team. Hence leading me to believe our finishing wasn't good enough.

Believe me your speculative thoughts are completely and totally wrong. The entire team bar Fabio was totally and wholly woeful. Only Ben Haim and Bothroyd can claim to have tried. And the best player, by a country mile, was Bobby Zamora. The midfield was as wretched as the defence. And Park was rightly booed off the pitch. And hopefully from the club. Only Fabio of that team will feature Tuesday.

I assume you were there and I will take your word on it then. I was just trying to find something positive. 22 shots is a lot though. Why was Bothroyd shooting so many times and only scored once? Do you know?
