Well considering Tarrabt, Balanta and Cook play in the same position as Hogan, I know Hogan would not be my first choice.

Vine - at this point in time shouldnt be 1st choice
      Bent
      Simpson
Helguson - could live with it if he never put a qpr shirt on again
Tarrabt (who can play strikeror wing) - not a stirker
Balanta (who can play striker or wing) - not really a striker/is back up to the 1st teams
Pellicori - jurys out, but not been won over so far, shouldnt be first choice
      Ageymang - same as helgusson

I dont understand, why cant we sign Bent and Simpson

Good news i think. It's obvious Vine is not back to his best yet after his injury, he'll come good. We can always bring in another striker in January if we're still not scoring goals.

        Any news on Ben Watson?

I must add...I don't want to see Vine leave the club as we know how good he is when on form, however a loan would have been nice.

surely he would get a game over Cook. also why is he not even on the bench at the moment.

I thought Taraabt and Balanta were strikers so is Hogan one now as well? Cook is out injured for how long?

At this rate, who will want to come ot a club in the bottom 3 of the Championship?? The time to sort this out is NOW. If Vine is not fit (which is pretty evident I think) get a loan in now and then ease Vine back to fitness. Then you can let the loanee go back to his own club.

                  It aint rocket science FFS.....
2011-2013, 2 seasons in the Premiership, 76 games, 14 wins........two years of my life I'll never get back!!

2013/2014 mediocrity topped off with a win at Wembley....

2014/2015 was pretty much the same as 2011-2013.....

                  2015/2016, average at best.....

                  2016/2017, same old, same old....

                  2017/2018, aim low, avoid disappointment!

Its the hope that kills you!

thing is judgin lee cook since hes been back at the club for me he is last in the pecking order... balanta altho i do hope he gets more chances still doesnt seem ready, i can only judge him on the blackpool game really but he just seems to not have the confidence and taarabt - well im not his biggest fan, i know most of u lot love him cos he can dribble with the ball n that but he is NOT what we need in the team, he is so greedy and cant shoot either... maybe im being too hard on the guy but just what has he done to make him deserve to play ahead of hogan??

what i've seen of Vine i feel upfront as a twin striker with Buzz playing behind them would undoubtedly produce goals - attack attack attack attack attack ! !

Think Vine is very selfish and I'm absolutely fuming that he hasn't gone out on loan. We don't need him, he doesn't score goals and IMO he will not start hitting the back of the net. If rumours are true and that he is our highest paid player then this ****es me off even more.

am i the only one not impressed by marcus bent? he was at birmingham i think in this league and did nothing.

all well and good vine staying - but at the expence of a striker coming in - vine is not a prolific striker so even if he is staying we need a prolific front man.

we cant rest all our hopes on this simpson lad. we need proven.

dont get me wrong simpson may help us a bit, but to only get him in is a mistake in my eyes.

vine should be played on the wing/ just behind the front man as he is not a striker who scores. likewise balanta. and taarabt is not a striker either - he is better on the wing.

so that leaves us with helguson, pellicori, simpson, and agyemang.

                          hardly a potent strikeforce eh?

It's a selfish move that could really f**k us up.. Since when has a player decided what the CLUB do.

Ask most Birmingham fans...they rated him. Not a goal scorer but made plenty of chances for those around him.
