Anyone else find it pretty disgusting from WBA that they didn't inform Odemwingie of any others for him??? IMO it's the clubs duty to inform players of offers.

This is nothing like Bosingwa. It sounds like he is being perfectly reasonable, which cannot be said for Bosingwa.

In a way no - since we would happily sell Bosingwa ;-)

Yeh, I can see it as well.
If they deny him the move then I can't see him being bothered too much for WBA cause for rest of season!!
It ain't a bad offer for him either to be honest.

I think WBA have just got the #### with us for trying to get Olsson

He might end up like bosingwa now - unwanted and not playing but unlike bosingwa with a WBA salary.
a contract merely lays out terms to adhere to whilst both parties agree and cause for compensation if one side chooses to withdraw. what you refer to is called slavery (or at least serfdom). WBA will play the game and get over it if he leaves. all clubs have taken and lost players in contentious situations. the last bit sounds like a restraint of trade.

They should just let him go to us, £3million now or have a player for rest of season that you have fallen out with.
It's not a bad price for him considering age etc.
I just think WBA have the #### over the Ollson approach towards us

Who's Ollson? Olsson, swedish last names in general ends with -sson. That said, he would be the perfect player for the battle we're up against.

The situation there is untennable now. Same as Samba at Blackburn. I cant see him playing for WBA again tbh, and they will not want a rotten apple ruining the squad. They are just playing the game, will search for a suitable squad replacement and make sure they have somethiung lined up before they sever ties with Odemwingie.

What i want to know is do we still definitely want him aftet signing Remy...? Wasnt the bid before we got Remy? I assume HR would happilly bring in both, and would imagine before any statement from the player his agent would've checked to make sure interest still there from us, so expect my question is irrelevant tbh, but perhaps we can suggest lack of interest to WBA to keep the price where we want it, not what they want to get... Personally i'd like to see him in instead of Mackie all day long.
