We have bought him to help us stay up so think a game on the bench and be ready for city. Yesterday you could see the difference he is going to make with the runs he makes so keep him for league games and let our english players play against the MK Dons

I hope to see a line up that will have at least a chance of escaping relegation: 3-4-3 might work -

      -------------Cesar-------------
      --------Nelsen-Mbia-Hill--------
      -Odenwinge-M'Vila-Diame-Fabio-
      ----------Remy--Adel----------
      ------------Zamora------------

Remy has to play up top as he has pace to burn. We need him through the middle no matter what as once he is clear he wont be caught

I say rest him, sod the cup. We have others to sort the Dons out.

dont want him picking up a knock, but his tank looked like it was running on empty after 70mins only game time will remedy that

Don`t play him. We need him in the league.

But he hasn't played loads this season by all accounts, so give him games to regain his sharpness in readiness for the league games.

Bench is best especially against a clogging centre half from league 1.

What a chance to gain confidence,he should play, hit a few goals and then be ready to unleash on City

we're on a decent run of 5 unbeaten, only 2 conceded.
I'd love to see Remy play but we've had Mackie and Faurlin out with broken legs in the last 2 years in cup games
if we could get a really good win and score a few goals, it would set up nicely for the City game and maybe 1 or 2 new faces will make us stronger by then, as well
my feeling is, he'll play a similar side to West Brom last week
Mackie and Faurlin got injured away from home, not that that should make any difference unless you're superstitious. Think he needs to play as should build his confidence and Harry can always sub him. Injuries can happen any time. Mackie was playing a cup game against a premiership team, so the fact that he got injured has really nothing to do with the cup.

We're playing City on Tuesday, I think we need to make sure everyone is 100% for the game. Don't expect to get anything out the game, but at home we need to try for at least a point against them. If Remy isn't 100% match fit as it is, he's not going to be ready for the City game. Then if you factor in Norwich, 3 games in 8 days. Big ask isn't it?

Play the strongest team possible and when the games won, take the better players off.

HR just wants to make sure we dont lose the cup games for confidence sake. I cant imagine he would risk our only proper striker against the dons. Probably Bobby and Bothroyd.

What about Dj...is he actually off somewhere else?

I agree with this, injuries can happen anytime, just making the point that to lose a top player in a cup game, would be awful, when they don't have to play. Hindsight is an exact science and we can all be clever afterwards.
Losing Faurlin at MK Dons last year made our season much tougher, did he really need to play in that game?
If Remy got injured on Saturday, we'd all be gutted and HR would take the flak for playing him
personally, I thnk it's a good opportunty to use the game to bang in a few goals and get the confidence up before next Tuesday, however I can see both sides of the argument
