its a tough call vans...on one side he will only adapt to our game/conditions with pitch time...on the other we dont need some league one lump crocking him.....so id go for jay n tarbs upfront..........should be enough to see off mogadon town fc!
      you know nothing john snow!!!!

A substitute appearance perhaps. Maybe Zamora will get a little run out too

I think so. Chance for players to gel with him and him to get into the groove more. Also chance of goals which is so important for strikers confidence.

Have him on the bench and then let him loose against Man City! Give this fellow the service and he will do some damage...

apparently he's getting there according to Harry. Yesterday he said that he hoped to have Zamora back next week so I presume he's talking about the MK Dons game

If Zamora is remotely ready he must play against Dons.......I fear for his shape to be honest.....I think it will take weeks if not months before he will be worth anything to us.
Should perhaps have gone for Crouch as another target man to supplement Zamora.

Play Betty and Mackie up front against MK Dons imo. Don't risk the likes of Remy and Tarbs.

Well I agree with Remy on the bench just in case, but Zamora needs game time if he is fit - but I do not believe he is fit for another week or two.

So I tend to agree with you about Bothroyd (or Boothroyd which HR calls him) and Mackie up front with Remy on the bench. I do not think we should rest Tarbs as he would want to play every game......just take him off if we score a couple.

I agree with del, play remy for the 90,scoring goals will set him up for city.been a hard intro to the English game playing west ham then some league one bruisers.the quicker he adapts the better

Not about resting him. Just he will get kicked around by cloggers and if he gets injured we're relegated imo.

                              slight dilemna guys
we're on a decent run of 5 unbeaten, only 2 conceded.
I'd love to see Remy play but we've had Mackie and Faurlin out with broken legs in the last 2 years in cup games
if we could get a really good win and score a few goals, it would set up nicely for the City game and maybe 1 or 2 new faces will make us stronger by then, as well
my feeling is, he'll play a similar side to West Brom last week
