  • Amit

Just been thinking we've not heard much from him recently?

Used to be fairly vocal but it's all about Tony atm. What's Amit up to? Is he still coming to the games? Think the guy's ace personally - standing down after T & C ripping us off over ticket prices - stood by his principles.

Have I missed something or is he just in a back seat now?

Think Rangers was his rich man's plaything. And that he's tired of it/ doesn't like playing second fiddle to TF.

I think he's been spending a lot of time out of the country on other business.

But as a minority shareholder, maybe it would seem fair for him to take a back seat.

As representing Mittals 33%, he technically has a bigger piece than TF, who is one of 3 in the consortium, albeit the figurehead, who we assume have equal share of the rest.

Might not be as vocal, but I'm sure he had some involvement with the Remy deal. Bet he was well happy with it too.

OK, but it feels like TF owns more.

I'm happy with both on board.

TF was in the crown and sceptre after the fulham game and apparently mentioned when asked about Amit, that he might move on.

Not knocking you for passing this on by the way, but I have my doubts that Tony would make such a comment in a boozer to a bunch of fans :pleasantsuprise:

He gambled it all away in Vegas recently but he is still involved with the club, he is now the groundsman's apprentice.
Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

How and why did I start supporting QPR in Estonia:

Apologies, I stand corrected. The guy who was there and told me, has rephrased it to 'I will still be here if we go down, I don't know about anybody else'.

Oh right fair enough - fair play to Tony he genuinally does seem here for the long haul, regardless.

No B*ull**** but my firm have done some work at his house on Curzon St recently (I wont mention what as I dont know who reads this mb) and the geezer we sent spoke to him and he said he seemed very passionate about the club and has numerous shirts and Paraphernalia all over the place. I think we need to remember Amit has his fingers in a lot of very large pies so its not going to be easy dedicating time to QPR.

Indeed, although a bit harsh on his misses.

I thjin kAmit would stay if we went down anyway, afterall he was here in the lower leagues and was very passionate long before promotion....
