We have a player who is averaging a goal a game!!!!

The composure he showed on Tuesday when scoring his goal suggests that he is a lot lot better than any of our strikers - it was an excellent goal, well taken from a "fringe player" and the so called top pro's at our club were shamed by his finish.

Which brings us back nicely to the point I was making originally.
Irrespective of the oppo, he is scoring, the strikers aren't.

I actually think he is underrated, and he actually plays some really nice, short weighted passes in the blink of an eye -- I suspect many people miss his contribution as it's understated and not as obvious as the trick/flick merchants.
