  • Good Point

Good point but we have got one helluva battle to get out of this mess.
Reading are determined to ruin our saturdays

Picking up a point away from home is always good. There is a lot of positives to take from today. We've gone 5 games without defeat, we're now 4 points from safety, and Reading beating Newcastle was good news for us because the more teams in the relegation fight, the better. Come on the R's!!! Keep it up!!

Didnt think it was a lucky point - a well earned point under a lot of pressure with the defence and Julio doing what they are there to do! A very good away point.

Lets hope villa lose. As it stands we are 4 points from safety. We were 9 points. Slowly clawing it back.

after the Man City game, we've got Norwich (h), Swansea (a), Southampton (a), Sunderland (h), Villa (a), Fulham (a), Wigan (h), Everton (a), Stoke (h), Reading (a). That is not a bad run!!

                  you forget Man U
tough game today, under a lot of physcal pressure, at least we're showing some fight and resilience
we konw other teams will pick up points, they can't all lose every week, that's not realistic
5 games unbeaten, only 2 conceded, top class striker at the club, there's more hope and genune optimism than there was, that's for sure

Think Reading winning is a bonus, bringing more teams into the mix.

We played West Ham today. A team who have only won 2 games in their last twelve. That form is no better than ours.

A point is good, but single points won't keep us up if we go unbeaten for the rest of the season. We need to play football, create chances and score more goals than the opposition. And we haven't looked like doing that for a long time, despite recent events. Not being gloomy for the sake of it, but games are running out, as are excuses for playing like that.

A level-headed comment (not that such things are unusual from you Brighton, I hasten to add...).
