  • Paladini

I have never been one to jump on his back, until now. At this point in time, I really do believe that this bloke is the problem at QPR. Period.

I think Flavio etc. are relying on him for his 'knowledge' and he is hopeless. Too many average players on massively long contracts, wasting money that could by now have built us a promotion winning team.

He's an ***** and has always been trouble. The atmosphere at the club didn't take a downward turn when the takeover occurred - we all became disallusioned with things (lack of transparency, dodgy goings on, etc.) when Palladini took over from Power.

I am p*ss*d off with it now. Wish the board would see it as well.

    :anger:

As I said many times last week we can't keep getting rid of managers ...why not try something different and try a different Director of Football?

...after all it is he that is responsible for assembling this group of players.

At the end of the day Flavio and Co HAVE spent a lot of money on the playing side of the club. It's been spent badly though.

This site would shut within a week if that happened.
QBP 20th August 2009..."To be fair, I'm glad we are top of the table (for agents fees). Shows we are not a selling club anymore."

Agree 100%.He contradicted me over a conversation we had at Wycombe about funding for a striker - denying he said certain things to me.He can't be trusted. Mind you, he did have "a gun to his head" over certain issues.

I wish there were some kind of 'Football Club Inspector' (ala 'Hotel Inspector'). A troubleshooter who could be brought in to highlight the failings in the club and point it in the right direction.

The term "as much use as a one legged man in an #### kicking competition" has never been more apt than to our beloved sporting director, the real reason the 4 year plans wheels have come off, a serious case of misplaced loyalty by flab and co or he has got some seriously dodgy photos on someone..................................

edit- glad you have seen the light Minty, mind you, you wont win any popularity contests on this site now my wooly friend!!!

I like Giananni but not as his current position. I really think he has the club interests at heart but a Sven type guy with a major global rep would be the way forward. I'd even like gerry francis to be honest.

I just wish that the board had either installed Paladini as DoF and given him full responsibility of signing players or given every manager the responsibility instead we've had both. When one man is fully responsible he decides how the squad should look and in turn how the team should play (i.e. if you buy lots of midfielders and no good strikers you are more likely to play 4-5-1 than 4-3-3). When you have more than one responsible the squad becomes inbalanced.

The problem we've had is that De Canio didn't know the language and the league so Paladini brought players in for him. Dowie did know the league but wasn't given a budget and Briatore's players were brought in. Sousa brought in Lopez and Routledge and Magilton is now bringing in his players. All of these men have different visions of how the squad should look and as a result we are left with an inbalance.

I saw Gerry Francis going into the C Club entrance last night and immediately thought

"I wonder if he's possibly being asked to.........."

                        You know the rest.
I need some time in the sunshine, I gotta slow it right down.

What makes you think this site will close down at all, forget the week.

I'll bet you now that it wouldn't as we've already said many times before we have information from lots of places.

It would make no difference to this website that sure made me laugh

Flavio put all his trust in paladini to find players, look at the state of our squad overloaded with midfielders and strikers who couldn't hit a barn door!

It's time paladini went he doesn't know a good player when he sees one.

                            Players get the manager sacked.

I have a lot of respect for him. All what he has been though most would have left the club for a quiet life, but he didnt
