I hope your right weare!
As i dont think you have given privy imfo before i will give you the benefit of the doubt.
I do have reservations though being
1, you singled out your source for everyone to see on here,
2, if beard and mvila left france to do a medical at hq( which im sure is proceedure) the media would have been all over it as they could not be smuggled out without cameras noticing.
3, nothing has been announced that fee was agreed let alone personal terms.
i will wait and see and if your right, i will tip my hat to you.
good luck weare!nsa/cia spy on this..............┌∩┐(◣_◢)┌∩┐

Harry Redknapp and QPR aren’t strangers to spending money, but making the move for Yann M’Vila will not end well.
The first problem in bringing him in comes from the manner of his arrival. Although Redknapp has been confident bringing the Rennes midfielder to the club, a recent report from The Daily Mirror suggested that Everton and David Moyes are preparing to make a move to hijack the deal.
This will inevitably lead to a small bidding war, and with a large sum of money at his disposal, Redknapp will overpay in order to bring M’Vila to London.
The reported £75,000 a week it took to lure Loic Remy to the club has already set a dangerous precedent for an unproven player especially when Remy was apparently happy to go to Newcastle for half of that before QPR stamped out the deal.
Even though it’s rumoured that Redknapp is looking for a loan move, the view will inevitably be to bring M’Vila in on a permanent basis. If he thrives in the Premier League, his price automatically goes up.
However, the most obvious concern in M’Vila’s possible move to Loftus Road is that of his character.
It’s always a risk to bring a player to a new country when he has had problems in his own, but M’Vila’s character issues carry more weight because of the nature of the incidents.
Should QPR bring in M'Vila?

A report in Metro lists his troubles over the past two years, which include attacking a restaurant owner in a road rage incident and punching a teenage boy in the face. He has also reportedly been arrested for using prostitutes.
His problems aren’t limited to off-field disciplinary issues, however.
The same Metro article states that M’Vila had what it refers to as “a spat” with France coach Laurent Blanc during Euro2012 that also involved a number of teammates.
These incidents list a variety of character problems that should be enough for teams to consider looking elsewhere.
A history of anger, violence and a disrespect for authority are qualities that all managers look to avoid. The most glaring example of this is the career of Mario Balotelli and his inability—or refusal—to do anything about it.
This is obviously why Redknapp is initially looking for a loan move, and it will protect him should M’Vila’s problems resurface in this country.
No matter how talented a player is, or how deep the club’s pockets are, that player has to be committed to the team. This is especially true when talking about a team like QPR that sits perilously close to relegation.
All it takes is one player to disrupt the momentum of the team and the whole dynamic is upset, which can lead to a string of bad results—and in QPR’s case, relegation.
So much rides on the rest of this season—for both Redknapp and his team—that he simply cannot afford to have anyone in that could affect the bid for survival. This current financial strategy is impossible to maintain, even in the Premier League, but if QPR were relegated there would be a mass exodus from the club.
M’Vila is simply too much of a risk at this point.
If it was the summer transfer window, the risk would be diminished and a loan spell not much of a concern as the season got underway.
However, with the season on a knife edge and QPR just starting to assemble some momentum and team morale, Redknapp should move on from M’Vila.
As harsh at is sounds, he’s just not worth it.nsa/cia spy on this..............┌∩┐(◣_◢)┌∩┐
