He certainly needs to prove himself at another club to justify the hype.

They did play some glorious stuff before he came, under Rykaard and he took it on. they play a better brand of football, but that is helped by the small fact the 1st and 3rd best players on the planet, ie Messi and Iniesta, came through the ranks into the first team...... This season under a relatively unknown manager they are walking the league 18 points ahead of Real, playing the exact same way ... suggests it's more about the players than pep.

If I was him I wouldn't want to go to Stamford Bridge and work for roman abramovich

It must be awful getting paid millions in settlements after a few months work... before the next manager walks through the door.

I think he is a brilliant manager - Barca have been good for a while, but haven't won that many Champion's League/European Cups, so anyone that does that is doing something right.

Also think the German League is excellent and may be the place to be over the next few years, especaially as Fair Play comes into play more. Biggest attendances by a mile and a good balance off skill and attacking football. Premier League stock is on the way down - you can see that with Ballon D'or and now UEFA's teams of the year not having a single rep from the PL. Players only come here for money now.

If jose mourinho can get the sack at chelsea then Pep Guardiola got no chance.

Pep Guardiola work hard to build his career as a manager and clearly made a statement by moving to germany because he's does not want some n@b like abramovich p@ssing his career down the drain.

I can see Guardiola at clubs like Man utd, Liverpool or Arsenal in 4 or 5 years time

Ahahahahaha, this is huge news as Chelsea wanted him & he is a great manager... ahaha
                Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

How long will Benitez last now I wonder? I'm betting he'll try and get in Diego Simeone and Falcao asap.

I can see chelsea going after him but would he want to come and live and work in england?
